 By Laws Committee- Chair: open
The Northeast Republican Women’s By-Laws Committee is established each even numbered year to review and edit the clubs’ bylaws. Committee is convened by the President, and any changes or suggestions are to first be submitted to the executive board for review. Then bylaws may be amended by 2/3's vote of members present provided written notice one month prior. Must be signed by executive board and filed by recording secretary.

Fundraising Committee- Chair: Susan Finegan and Cher Deckner
The Northeast Republican Women’s Fundraising Committee is established to plan and manage fundraising events for the Club and the PAC. They will seek donors, sponsors and grants that the committee and club will use to host events, galas and auctions.

Legislative Committee- Chair: open
The Northeast Republican Women’s Legislative Committee empowers members by highlighting the policy issues shaping our state and nation. They follow key bills, hearings, and votes, providing clear, timely updates on major actions at both the state and federal levels.

Membership Committee- Chair: open
The Northeast Republican Women’s Membership Committee is comprised of the President, Vice President, Second Vice President, Treasurer, and member volunteers who assist with meeting check-in. Committee will take money, checks or credit card, mark the check in sheet for accurate record keeping, assist in marking membership forms with payment information and guide members to finding their name tags. Committee may also hand out member directories.

Political Advisory Committee- Chair: open
The Northeast Republican Women’s Political Advisory Committee keeps the President and Board up to date on pivotal political developments, emerging policy issues, and the leaders shaping them. This insight helps the President secure impactful speakers for NRW events and provides valuable content for the Newsletter.

Scholarship Committee- Chair: Ruth Ann Smith
The Northeast Republican Women’s Scholarship was established to honor and remember NRW Club members who made a significant impact on their communities as advocates, conservatives and patriots. The Northeast Republican Women’s Scholarship is awarded to a woman who demonstrates conservative values through a spirit of working towards educating herself and others in governmental affairs and participating in activities that support conservative candidates. Additionally, this scholarship helps encourage and promote membership in the Northeast Republican Women's Club. Scholarship Committee
also is in charge of planning their fundraiser outside of Pot O’ Gold donations.

Women in Office Committee- Chair: open**
The Northeast Republican Women’s Women in Office Committee is established to support and empower NRW members who are interested in running for public office. The committee provides mentorship and guidance throughout the process—from navigating the steps to become a candidate (including petitions) to developing a strong Republican platform. We also assist prospective candidates with fundraising ideas, sponsorship opportunities, and other tools to help them launch a successful campaign.
**This committee requires each person on committee to have experience as a candidate for type of political office, from school board to Congress.

Young Republican’s Committee- Chair: open
The Northeast Republican Women’s Young Republicans Committee engages young Republican women ages 18–40 by connecting them with meaningful political experiences, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. The goal is to help recruit younger members to NRW and encourage them to become more active—both within the organization and in their broader community.
